Mounting Your Dispenser into a Wall
Step 1
Determine mounting location for dispenser. When placing dispenser, allow at least 4” on all sides from the closest objects on the wall.
Note: Mounting should comply with ADA Guidelines. Compliance is the responsibility of the installer.
Step 2
Notice the metal static ground clip on the left side of the backplate. This must be in contact with the wall to properly ground the dispenser.
Failure to properly ground the dispenser will cause damage to the unit and may cause unit to become inoperable.
Step 3
If installing directly to a wall, locate stud in wall and cut out of 15.2” high x 10.5” wide x 4” deep.
Notice: The door comes mounted on the left side of the housing. If there is not enough clearance for the door on the left, refer to the directions on next sectionto switch the door from the left to the right side.
Step 4
Locate mounting slots inside dispenser and fit into wall cutout. Ensure dispenser is attached to stud or frame cavity as necessary.
Secure through mounting slots into studs with wall appropriate screws.
Other Ways to Install
Door Swing Direction
Step 1
Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the silver hinges on the left side of the dispenser and save the screws.
Once removed, the hinges should seperate from the black backplate. Next use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the 2 retaining clips on the hinges so that the door can be lifted off the hinges. Save these retaining clips.
Step 2
Now use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the lock assembly and move it to the opposite side of the dispenser. Remove the silver cap from the non-lock side and snap it into place on the opposite side.
Step 3
Finally, reattach the hinges to the right side of the unit and hang the door onto the hinges, adding the retaining clips from the previous step to ensure that the door cannot be lifted off its hinges.
